We operate the MailWatcher website mailwatcher.io/ (the "Site"), the desktop application MailWatcher (the "Desktop App"), the mobile application MailWatcher (the "Mobile App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained herein, you may not access or use our service.
MailWatcher allows you to set up custom watch rules that screen your email messages and notify you on your desktop and mobile devices when an important email arrives. MailWatcher also provides features for better viewing, categorizing, and managing your email. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information, (b) maintain the security of your password, identification, and linked email accounts, (c) promptly update the registration information, and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and your data related to the service. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the service. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the service and its components, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of La Salsa Labs Inc.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service strictly in accordance with this Agreement's terms.
MailWatcher offers various subscription plans to our service. Customers can choose to be charged a monthly or yearly subscription fee depending on the plan they sign up for. The specific subscription fees and the features associated with these plans are detailed on our website or service platform.
By submitting your payment information and subscribing to MailWatcher, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee at the current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, to the payment method you provided.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription through your account management page before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal subscription fees will be charged to the payment method provided by you during the subscription or to a different payment method if you change your account information.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.
La Salsa Labs Inc reserve the right to adjust the pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your subscription will take effect following email notice to you at least 30 days before the beginning of the billing cycle in which such price change will take effect.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. La Salsa Labs Inc does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. La Salsa Labs Inc expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. La Salsa Labs Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise agreed by the parties.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
