Newsletter reader for Gmail

Gmail's categories of primary, promotions, social, and updates help declutter your email, but they also make many of your emails impossible to find. It is hard to find Substack posts, WordPress blogs, or newspapers you are subscribed to. When you find a post, how do you find all the posts from the newsletter or sender?

In this article, we'll show you how to see all the newsletters, mailing lists, and subscriptions in your email.

How to Read Your Newsletters with MailWatcher

There are two ways to read your newsletters with MailWatcher: from the Dashboard and from the Newsletters page.

The MailWatcher Dashboard provides a daily view of all your emails. It has your messages, promotions, receipts, packages, flights, newsletters, and all the other important files in your mailbox. The newsletter section shows all the newsletter messages that you received today, as shown in this screenshot:

The other way to view your newsletters is from the Newsletters page. There, you can find all the newsletters that you are subscribed to. If you click on a newsletter, you can see all its posts. For example, if I wanted to read all the posts by the San Francisco Chronicle, I can search for the newsletter and see all the messages I received them. The posts will look like this:

How to Save Messages to Read Later

Sometimes, you receive an important article, but you are too busy to read it. In that case, you might want to save it so you can read it when you have time. With MailWatcher, you can pin a message that you want to read later. To save a post to your pinboard:

  1. Select a message or post that you want to save.
  2. Click the pin icon in the header.
  3. Open the pinboard link in the sidebar. You should be able to see your pinned post.

Once you pin it, it will be saved to your pinboard for easy access, as shown here:
